The high quality load cells only require three calibration points, while other inferior cells require ten or more, which sharply reduces your calibration workload. At the heart of the Jack Weigh Kit is Intercomp's technologically advanced Digital Output Load Cells (DOLC).  The DOLC's have revolutionized the aircraft weighing industry by allowing analog to digital conversion at the load cell itself meaning each cell is it's own, independently operating, scale!  There are no precalibrated or color coded channels and if a cell, cable or wireless node is ever damaged, just replace it with a spare! Optional RFX Wireless Weighing Weighing Technology eliminates the use of cables and enables the data to be transmitted to a central processing unit. Because Intercomp's CPU's, cables, wireless nodes and load cells are interchangeable, there is no need to return the entire kit for repair or calibration, saving you time and money. The advanced digital output signal is so advanced that it eliminates EMI/RFI and maximizes linearity to provide a full range accuracy of +/-0.1%.  This field proven technology increases repeatability and virtually eliminates side loading.
